Hi, I'm Kristi! I grew up in a small farming town in Ohio, and over the years, I’ve called many small towns across the country home. What I’ve learned is that every community has its own unique charm—something only locals truly understand. Yet, so many of these towns have been waiting decades for someone to step up and restore their vibrancy and soul.
My nearly 20-year journey in real estate development has been life-changing. With over 50,000 hours dedicated to real estate development, I've completed hundreds of projects as a developer, consultant, and planning commissioner, driving sustainable economic growth and revitalizing communities.
As the founder of Local Real Estate Developers, I am on a mission to empower 1,000 ordinary people to unlock the untapped potential in overlooked properties and create meaningful change in their communities.
