Hi, I'm Kristi! I grew up in a small farming town in Ohio, and over the years, I’ve called many small towns across the country home. What I’ve learned is that every community has its own unique charm—something only locals truly understand. Many of these towns have been waiting for someone to step up and restore their vibrancy and soul.
My nearly 20-year journey in real estate development has been life-changing. With over 50,000 hours dedicated to real estate development, I've completed hundreds of projects as a developer, consultant, and planning commissioner revitalizing our communities.
As the founder of Local Real Estate Developers, I am on a mission to empower 1,000 ordinary people to discover the untapped potential in their communities and create meaningful change.

Lynn's real estate story began with a quest for wealth and time freedom, starting with a single rental and quickly expanding to ten by 2018. Her roadmap, however, was riddled with the challenges of scaling short-term hosting and the intricacies of remote property management.
The leap from one cabin to a portfolio of ten properties required a strategic transformation & a bold march into hospitality during uncertain times. As the world came to a standstill in 2020, Lynn and her team secured deals that many would shy away from.
Since scaling back her full-time role, Lynn has enjoyed the fruits of her real estate ventures, boasting a net worth that has tripled, empowering her with negotiating confidence and fostering rich community ties. Her properties have garnered media attention from Travel and Leisure magazine, highlighting her impact on the industry.
