What’s the easiest real estate development project to start with?
At LRED, we recommend starting small and starting local. The easiest projects for beginners are usually adaptive reuse (like breathing life into an old storefront) or small multi-family infill (like two quadplexes on a vacant lot).
These projects don’t need huge capital stacks, don’t drag out as long as big ground-up builds, and solve real problems in your neighborhood. Think about what’s missing on your street from coffee shops, housing, to childcare space, and start there.
Inside Dev-OS, we help you budget, schedule, and keep your team organized from day one.
